The Sexuality and Health Equity Lab is a research team in the Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences at George Washington University. The team uses mixed methods to investigate and address HIV and other health disparities among underserved groups. This includes developing interventions to promote equitable access to pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP, i.e., HIV prevention medication) and other health services. The lab's diverse and dedicated team is headed by Dr. Sarah K. Calabrese.
